Note : Reservations using entitlement can be made upon 30% payment of the membership fee. Annual Maintenance Fee must be settled before requesting for any reservation.

Tips to get a successful booking . . .

In order to get a successful booking especially during peak seasons, it is advisable to plan your holidays as early as possible. To increase the chances of securing your preferred holiday destinations, it is advisable that you provide more choices either using 1 travel date with 3 resorts in order of preference; or 1 resort with 3 travel dates in order of preference.


Gentle Reminders

  • We would like to remind members to utilize their preceding year’s entitlement carried forward before the end of their current year to avoid forfeiture. This procedure is implemented for the benefit of all members to avoid overbooked situation
  • It would assist Member Services greatly if members could follow up on their faxed bookings with a telephone call to confirm receipt.
  • Please ensure your annual maintenance fee is updated before reservations are made. This will expedite your reservation confirmation.
  • All cheque payments should be “crossed” and made payable to “Legend Worldwide Holidays Bhd”.
  • Members may also advance the following year’s entitlement for the usage by settling in advance, any dues including the following year’s Annual Maintenance Fee.
  • Unused entitlement can be converted into the annual maintenance fee or Food & Beverage coupons. Please send in your requests at least 1 month before your entitlement expiry date.
  • We would like to draw your attention to our administrative charges payable for bookings to East Malaysia (RM74.20) and Thailand (RM127.20).
  • Requests of entitlement deposits to Interval International should be made at least 3 months before the entitlement expiry date. Please ensure that your Interval International membership is active before depositing.
  • Entitlement booking requires a minimum of 2 nights stay. Single night usage may be made under the rental program (subject to availability)
  • Beside booking early, and to increase the chances of securing your preferred local or international exchange, it is advisable that you choose (a) 1 travel date and 3 resorts in order of preference; or (b) 1 resort and 3 travel dates in order of preference.
  • All cancellations within 14 days from check-in date shall be considered as utilized.
